Personal Documents
- Passport or Birth Certificate

Qualification Documents
1. Academic Background
For your Australian Qualifications, you must send a good colour scan of your academic transcript as well as an award certificate or completion letter. If you have attached your master’s degree, you must also submit a Bachelor’s degree. In your qualifying paperwork, you must include the following information.
i) Degree Title / Award in Education
ii) The name of the university where the degree was conferred

Experience Documents
You must submit a colour scan of your job references on business letterhead or a third-party statutory declaration.
Work experience document requirements:
I) Your job experience must contain the start and end dates of your employment. If you are presently working, you can write the end date as “To date.”
ii) For the stated occupation, you must explain all of the jobs and obligations you did during your work time.
iii) The total number of hours worked each week. Mention whether the work you did was part-time or full-time.
iv) The country in which the job is positioned. Mention the date and location of the work if it is in the same nation but a different place.
v) Organizational letterhead, which must be signed by the author and include their name, position title, address, and phone number.
Third-party Statutory Declaration Requirements:
Third-party colleagues at the executive level provide the statutory declaration. The third party must state their working connection with you and the responsibilities done throughout the employment term, together with the relevant dates. It should specify that the document was witnessed in front of authorized personnel and the date and location of the declaration.

PDF file requirements
Your documents must be merged into a single PDF file with information about your qualifications and work background. The size of your PDF file should be no more than 3 MB. Check to see if your PDF file is encrypted or set to read-only mode. The PDF file is copied and pasted into the application form on the website.
Uploads of Original Certificates
Make sure you submit high-quality colour scans of your original certificates, licenses, passports, resumes, and so forth, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Before submitting papers online, double-check the digital signature.
Documentation Supplements
If ACS believes your claim is insufficient, they may request further documentation. In such instances, you must submit extra or updated papers that support your claim. You must rename the document to distinguish it from other files that have already been submitted.
Document Translation
You must submit a paper written entirely in English. If the document is written in a language other than English, an approved English translation must be included. Both your original and translated documents must be submitted together.
Document translation inside Australia: Translations are acceptable if they are approved by NAAT (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) for use within Australia.
Translation of document outside Australia:
Translations are allowed if they meet the following criteria:
